I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in Los Angeles, California. I earned my doctorate at Adler School of Professional Psychology, my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at University of San Francisco and my bachelor’s at Howard University.
My Approach
I approach my work with warmth, humor, empathy and non-judgment in order to facilitate a genuine connection with clients. My practice is primarily informed by psychodynamic, multicultural and ACT based principles. These influences highlight the importance of insight and awareness of unconscious processes, the diverse systems in which we are embedded and the role of perception in how we make meaning of our experience. My goal is to create a unique therapeutic experience that helps clients meet their goals, improve their emotional functioning and strengthen their relationship with themselves and others.
